"You don’t suppose your mom would approve of me kidnapping you for the summer would she? Again." Giggling, Evelyn sat up and looked at him, her eyes searching his face. She did have practically an empty house they could hang out in. Rae included, but she supposed she’d be busy with…whatever. That one guy. Were they still talking to one another?
Again, that wasn’t exactly what she was looking for him to say, but she supposed it was better than 'No, I’m not going.'
"Yea, of course." Standing up, she brushed any dirt off from her pants before turning back to Josh.
"Is that one girl going?" Did he know?
