He looked around the room. "The spells I will teach you today can be used on an number of similar starting objects, but I have selected the more difficult to use. Live creatures that are difficult to work with."

Turning toward the board, he wrote up a single word: TACQUE.

"Pronounce ta-kay, this spell will produce a nail or a stake of various material, depending on your focus. You'll generally want metal though a wooden stake could have it's uses."

He paused. "What kinds of items are similar to nails or stakes that you could use this spell to transfigure?"

OOOOH oooh! Rae's hand shot up in the air...

"Railroad spikes professor!" She had done a lot of walking around.. Some of it had been on train tracks.. "We're gonna make a train aren't we!!!?" Not really a question... She totally knew there was gonna be a train in here somewhere.

Rae was also oblivious to the comment about creatures.... She only believed that her guess on trains was now pure fact.
