"I'll try to make it eazier for you." He chuckled, moving further into the room. The music was rather nice. It definitely got him in the dancing mood, but also the tired mood as well. Strange what classical music did to someone. Quick! Do something to wake himself back up!
Smiling a closed smile, he turned back around, moving back over to Cosette. "Ze ball?" he asked, contemplating this. "Hmm, I don’t know." Sliding one hand around her waist, he took her hand in his and twirled them both around before dipping her slightly, staring into her gray eyes. Umm what? He was supposed to be a bad dancer. Hehe, oops! "What are you going az?"
Oh how she has missed his touch. Cosette smiled when he wrapped his arms around her, making her almost want to swoon and just curl up in those arms! Clearing her voice, she smiled and walked over towards the open space, seeing his jacket fly off onto one of the moved desks in the corner. Well he was making himself comfortable! Looking down at her outfit, she placed her hands on her skirt and muttered a spell. Seconds later, her skirt turned from a short sequin skirt to a long and flowy black cotton one. Hey, she wanted something that she could twirl around in.
Chuckling, she looked at him with a smile.
"Oh really now?" She mused, a sly smirk forming on her face. But moments later, he was spinning her and dipping her, causing her to let out a yelp! Wasn't he supposed to be a bad dancer? Low in the dip, her leg was in the air due to habit. Giggling, she snaked a hand around his neck to steady her.
"I zaught you were a bad danzer?" She smiled, an eyebrow quirking up at her question. Was he lying just so he could dance with her alone?
Biting her lip, she wondered if she should tell him. Looking up into his blue eyes though, she realized she couldn't say no. Drat.
"I am being Anne Boleyn, ze zecond wife of King 'Enry ze eigth." She smiled, knowing that her and the dead queen had quite a lot in common.
"My pere zent me ze drezz zis morning. It's a bright green renaissanze drezz. Fit for a queen." Smiling, she slyly bent her head up and gave him a soft kiss on his lips. Smirking at her distraction, she maneuvered her way out of his dip and grasp before her skirt twirled around her as she stood now before him.
"You 'ave to get a better 'old on me, amour. You don't want me to fall on ze danze floor, oui?" Especially in front of everyone.
