Unlucky in love,
that is my fate
when it comes to the heart
it can't keep a mate.

Widowed three times
I have been indeed
but I, a husband,
no longer do need.

The first was muggleborn
my father had a fit,
I could have cared less,
he was, and still is, an outright git!

Gavin Grey was older,
by 30 or so years.
His sudden accidental passing
had brought me to tears

I was his young apprentice
we worked out theories and notions
but we soon feel in love,
while brewing our potions.

His face and his laugh,
will live forever in my heart,
even though it was my cauldron
that, exploding, tore us apart.

The second's blood was pure,
my mother was so proud,
She, I stopped speaking with,
the day my love I vowed.

Terrance Tralkey was sick
and in need of many healings,
after I cured him once,
he could not deny his feelings.

I took care of him,
though again he fell ill
the press the told the world
my husband I did kill.

I tried to save him.
I worked night and day,
but when I arrived at a cure...
... he already had passed away.

The third was a half blood,
who's passion was immense,
When it was good, it was great!
When it was bad, it was intense.

Libatius Lavery was an auror
young, handsome and brave,
for the whole of wizard kind
his life he selflessly gave.

He courted me mercilessly,
though, another husband, want I did not
But I soon came to realized
what he wanted, he always got.

Me for his wife,
his career and a child
The last I would not give
and our fights were wild.

But to kill him?
Outrageous! How could I?!
At the hands of a death eater,
the ministry said he died.

Three husbands in all,
three men who all loved me,
Each was different, unique
But I cared deeply for all three

Unlucky in love,
that's all I can say.
I won't marry again,
at least... not today.
