See, technically Kellen had already sort of said what he wanted to be, but if she was going to be a mermaid... he could always go with...

But.... if that's what he wanted.... Neptune could MAYBE go with it. It DID sort of match a mermaid. Both were at least marine...?
Her lips pursed as she thought it through, but then nodded her 'ok'. "I'll go as a mermaid and you a pirate. Deal." He just better not go ALL out and smell of ew and seawater.
