I have been debating on whether to make it a set competition or not, but I think it will depend on the type of image/limitation of the round...if that makes any sense...

for example, with the limitation of not being able to resize the image, there is a challenge in making a PP but also an interesting challenge in making a siggy...both could turn out really interesting things
