I wish you two luck on that one," came her response, her eyes still on Muffin. "I call in on the gold if you find any," she added, turning to look at him. After all her resentment toward her parent's she was sure that they weren't going to leave her any money.

"Sadie Chevawhaaaaa?" Fletcher's dark eyes were beyond puzzled. So... she was adopted?! "NO. WAAAAAY." He leaned forward and pointed to himself. "Me too! I even have a twin brother! You know Jack, right?"

Well... to anyone with a pair of eyeballs, it had been rather obvious that the two boys were somehow related. But Fletcher and Jack had only just received the news of their adoption status via letter. And now Fletcher was stuck going by a last name that wasn't really his.

"Heyyyyy," he was pulled out of his ruminations on his alleged parents by a snappy Sadie. Apparently she didn't want a hug. FINE. Fletcher glared at her and took HIS Muffin out of HER hands. Who did she think she was, anyway? Thought she was special? Thought she could just disappear under a rock for a few months and then he'd come running to her rescue?

Fletcher was not having that. "Did you really think no one else would be after a stud like me?" he snapped as quietly as possible. "Was I supposed to call in the Aurors to go hunt you down because I missed you, Sadie? Who did you think would be supporting me during a mentally and physically draining competition?!"

Well THINK AGAIN, Blondie. Fletcher was a catch if he did say so himself --- and he did say so --- so it was her loss if other girls tried to snatch him up in her absence. He huffed a little and hugged the now-asleep Muffin closer to his chest. "No. You don't get any of my gold. And you definitely don't get any if -- er, when -- I win the Triwizard Tournament 1,000 galleon prize."
