"Oh come on." Mia said with a laugh. "Do you vomit with your eyes closed or something?" She laughed again and shook her head not believing that he hadn't seen vomit at least once in his life. "Well I tell you there is always carrot in your vomit even if you haven't eaten any."
Not exactly dinner conversation but Mia lacked finesse at times. Carter shrugged. "Perhaps. But I've heard she's been all over a 7th year." And he called that moving on. But if she really was sorry for it that was not a very good way to apologize. If anything he was kind of appalled at the whole situation.
"As a matter of fact I do." he said with a little laugh. He didn't do it on purpose. It's just how it worked. Just like how he drank with his eyes closed. He then chuckled again. "I guess I'll just have to take your word for it then."
He then looked at the food on the table. Ehh... he wasn't in the mood to eat anymore.
He looked over to Mia. "Did you know that elephants are the only mammals that can't jump?" he asked. He might as well follow up her random bit with another random bit.
