Utterly confused, Constantine stared at the girl as she suddenly started yelling and made to storm out. Fletcher was...alive? Eyebrow raised, he stared trying to figure out what the hell was going on and it was only when she yelled 'You're dead meat', that he came back to earth and made a move towards the door.
Morals said that he should prevent the young Puff from turning Fletcher into a human pinata, but his own personality was saying that the boy deserved it. He spent a moment weighing the two out before moving towards the door quickly, aiming for coming between the two students before it was too late.
He suddenly found himself considering doing a poor job of acting as a human shield and letting her get a few hits in for the sole reason he kinda sorta deserved it.
