"No. It's fine. Really." Carter said. "In all honesty it was kind of rocky for awhile. She was less than thrilled about my summer plans and then didn't write." he said. Oh yeah, not to mention she thought he was serious about breaking up while he was on love potion. But whatever. Since she was so eager to believe him it must have meant she wanted it.

"I must have missed that part..." he said. In all honesty, he didn't even remember seeing them in class. Good thing too. He'd probably be just as angry with her as Lexi was. "So... are they dating or something?" he asked. Or were they just being friendly?
