Kissing Kenzie on the cheek before sitting next to her at the café, he looks down at her notepad “Whatcha doin’?”

“Hmmm?” Looking up with a smile, closing the pad quickly and putting her hand over it. “Oh, nothing, just work.”

His eyebrow lifting, he smirks “Then ye won’t mind me seeing it.” He replies standing up and putting his arms around her reaching for the pad.

Her eyes widening, she grabs the pad and dodges his arms, hesitating a second before she ran down the street.

His mouth gaping open surprised, he watched as she ran down the street.
