It was strange in her mind, but stranger things were possible. Crossing her arms over her chest, she leaned back and looked at the young Slytherin again. There really had to be more to the story.

Marie and Mina...very similar names. Nodding again, she tried to process what exactly Evan was saying. "I'm sure Mina was a bit threatened by Marie or something. You know girls feel threatened by some of the smallest things." She knew that's how she was back then. "But if she wanted you to be friends with Marie, I can only guess that she has gotten over feeling that way." Well, it sounded as so, but she was just making assumptions now. Blinking slightly, she frowned as she heard the question. "Well, that's a hard question. Personally, if my boyfriend did something like this, I would prefer to know about it and hear it from him. Honesty is always the best option. But, I can understand why you might now be sure what to do." It really was a sticky situation, wasn't it?
Evan thought about what the professor said. Sure, Mina must have felt threatened. And from what he knew, she was always the second after Marie, and that annoyed her. How would it not, it was terrible and unfair, since she was just as pretty as Marie. Nodding at it, he listened on. Well, he wasn't sure at that, she didn't look so secure in the ball last year, but she was alright in the summer. Maybe she really felt secure? He sighed. That was even worse, wasn't it, that she finally trusted him? Yeah, so much for keeping up the trust.

Looking up, he talked in a low voice that was barely audible. "I say I should confess it, but Marie says to keep it a secret." A huge dilemma.
