Fred felt his own cheeks tinge pink, but it was worth the awkward moment to finally get his feelings off of his chest. Fred had the distinct feeling that Hermione only liked him about a third as much as he liked her, but he really didn't care as long as she did like a some. Fred put his forefinger underneath her chin and raised her face so he look down at her. He let his eyes study her face for a bit, and gave a great sigh. He wanted to kiss her...he lips were so soft looking and pink..but he had a better idea. He tapped the end of her nose with end of his finger and took off running, yelling back, "You're it!!" |
