As he listened to the stories of the caves, it seemed they were all fighting off different things. He might have gotten off easy with the bubotubers and Venomous Tentacula. The nervous feeling was back and he thought no more about the second task. He was sure it would be harder and more dangerous than the first.

Arriving at the Hog's Head, Nikolai unlinked his arm from Monique's as he held the door open for her to enter. "You can start teaching me as soon as I go and ordered some drinks?"

Or they could skip the drinks altogether.

Monique tossed her hair over her shoulder and smiled. Yeah... she was still beautiful. In fact, she couldn't think of a time when she wasn't beautiful. Unless you counted the stinksap in her hair and the jacket tied to her head. But she didn't. That was a special circumstance.

"As long as they do not steal my wand again I should be fine." she said. In all seriousness she bet that most of the injuries were caused when the champions didn't have their wands.

"That sounds lovely. I will go and pick us out a table." she said. She then looked around. Eww... she might have a hard time picking out a table. They were all covered in sot and spiderwebs.
