"Good afternoon," Vindictus greeted the students as they arrived. At least some of them were wearing warm enough clothing considering it was the middle of winter.

Marie made her way to the pitch hoping that today they would not have to fly on mops or wooden horses. Hopefully today they were actually going to fly on brooms.
"Hello Professor Vinny," she said as she ran onto the pitch.
Seeing the purple tarp covering something she knew that Professor V had some sort of surprise in store for them. She was really tempted to go peak and see what was under that tarp but she didn't want to feel the wrath of Vinny. She had already felt that last term. Instead she chose to just go sit on the grass, as close as she could to the tarp covered surprise.
He raised an eyebrow at Marie's greeting.

Vindictus barely had enough time to write down Marie's loss of points when he watched a Gryffindor spread a blanket onto the ground.
"Are you here as a spectator or a student?" he inquired and pointed to the blanket.
"Blankets are not allowed at lessons unless directed to bring one by the professor. You just lost five points for Gryffindor and I suggest you put that blanet away right now."
