Homework

Viky lounged on what was probably the only free couch, in her favourite spot by the fire. She had homework on her lap, but wasn't really paying attention to it. In fact, she'd doodled all over the page. Homework was boring, at any rate. She didn't even get half of it - what on Earth were the properties of a Phoenix Tear? She knew they'd been told in the lesson, but she'd been too busy actually MAKING the potion to write everything down. She smiled as Simon came in and sat down on the vacant part of her couch, leaning over her shoulder to look at her drawings. He frowned, and took the piece of paper
