GLARE.
Nolan would have probably continued to overlook the boy sleeping, which would have been super lucky for the boy--with his little outburst however, he caught his attention. "I'm sorry that I'm not able to hold your attention," Nolan told the boy with a sigh. "1 point from Ravenclaw for napping during class. I suggest you rest up tonight so you don't do it in your next classes as well," he explained.
He checked his watch and...EEEP! Peeves had taken up so much time! Sigh. "Alright class, I'm afraid due to our little...visitor, time has run short on us today. The project I had in mind for our practical portion of this lesson will now be your homework, but I'm sure a number of you will still enjoy it," he explained with a smile. They should be happy about that. His original plan for this homework assignment had been an ESSAY. "Now, before I dismiss you, please write me a small paragraph--actually, a paragraph is stretching it, perhaps just a sentence or two--explaining which deck you'd choose to use on a daily basis and why. For example, my favorite deck is the Celestial deck, because it mixes astrology with tarot card reading to give more unique results, and it's got pretty designs on each of the cards," he added. True story. They were so fun to look at! "You can find a list in your text, and since there's nearly 1000 different decks in there, I'm sure you can all find something, even if you're not a true believer in the tarot cards," he added with a chuckle. "Homework will be posted later this afternoon on the bulletin boards. So, write your paragraph, hand it in and you're free to leave!" he said with a smile.
Kurumi played with the end of her quill for a moment thinking about what deck of cards she would be most interested in using. Flipping through her book, she stopped on a page that showed a deck that she knew was the one for her. Time to write! SPOILER!!: Kurumi's parchment

Divination II in class writing assignment The Tarot Card Deck of My Choice: The Tarot of the Cat People
I think that the deck I am most drawn to in the vast world of tarot cards is the Tarot of the Cat People. It is said that this deck is used by fortune-tellers who read the human mind. This deck enables the reader to see any far off location, pertaining to the inquiry of the client, in the mind’s eye. The deck has at least one cat on every card which is something I am drawn to because I love animals! Each suit (wands, cups, and so on) represents a kingdom and its people in some sort of parallel dimension called the Outer Regions, home to the Cat People, a race of humans that love, honour and even obey cats. There are certain ancient cultures who believed that cats have something mystical in them. The Olmecs (the mysterious culture before the Mayans) believed that there are certain royal breeds among their culture who are half-men and half-leopards. Egyptians regarded cats as sacred. Of course who can ever forget that black cats were regarded during the Inquisition period as partners in crime of the witches. In these modern times, we know that cats are more intelligent than dogs but are more difficult to tame. In summary, I would pick this deck because it links divination to one of natures most mystic animals, the cat, and because I love animals!
Kurumi looked at her parchment. Maybe she had gone a little overboard? But....she couldn't help it! Not when there were animals involved.
She gathered up her things and handed her parchment into the professors. " Thank you for today's lesson," she smiled handing the paper to him. " It's too bad that the inte----I mean, ghost took up so much of class time. I was hoping we were going to get the chance to try and do a tarot card reading with a partner."
