Blasting Curse

Alicia ran through the trees as Jamie chased after her. The sound of people following them on the wind.

“Why did we come here? We knew they were all over the castle!” Jamie shouted at Alicia’s back as they ran over the tree roots that threatened to trip them in their hast to escape.

“Come on!” She yelled as she looked back. Jamie was right behind her as several dark figures came into view.

“Keep going, Alicia!” Jamie answered as she slowed slightly. She glanced at him and sped up again. The Death Eaters continued to hunt them as they ran through the forest. A flash of blue light flew over Jamie’s shoulder.

“JAMIE!” Alicia screamed as more curses flew towards them and he fell behind. She stopped and turned to find him pointing his wand into the darkness. A figure loomed towards him, their wand pointed into Jamie’s face. “JAMIE!” Alicia screamed again, but it was for no reason. Jamie shot a Blasting Curse at the closest tree and it exploded, sending the Death Eater sideways.

“I SAID KEEP GOING!” Jamie yelled, grabbing Alicia’s hand as he passed her, making her start to run again.
