Despite the little chaos Peeves caused within the classroom, Josh was still sleepy. So he continued resting on the desk however he opened an eye to glare at the poltergeist since with all the unncessary noise he caused, it was much more difficult for the Gryffindor boy to fall asleep.

"Of course, Professor Four Eyes!" he said, saluting the professor and taking the glasses off. He dangled them out in the middle of the air...come on, THEY HAD TO SEE THIS COMING...and simply DROPPED the glasses from the ceiling. CACKLE!
"WHOOPSIE! Bad Peeves! Butterfingers!!!!" he chuckled, watching the glasses land with a CRACK on the ground, giggling in delight as the lenses completely shattered.
Breaking things was FUN. WHAT ELSE COULD HE BREAK??? OOOOOH, those pretty crystal orbs stacked up along the windows were perfect.
He flew over to the window and, going INVISIBLE yet again, he simply TIPPED the first ball in the rack so that it knocked into the next one, creating a bit of a chain effect. HEHEHE!
As much as he'd like to stay and watch them try and stop the inevitable fall of the crystal balls, he remembered that the professor WOULD probably go get the Baron for REALZ after this when all the crystal orbs were KAPUTT...best not be around for that. Besides, there were a number of lovely baby Venomous Tentacula that he spotted this morning that just HAD to be unplanted in the greenhouses. HEHE.
With that, he stayed invisible and he was off to cause more chaos elsewhere.
But this was too annoying. That creature was making it impossible to sleep and if any of those crystal balls shoudl hit someone (especially Evelyn) the poltergesit was going to pay for that. Ooooor he was going to pay for that right now!
So standing up in a sudden, he handled his Hazel wand and aimed it at Peeves. He did not know it the spell would work yet he did not care. He did not even care what Peeves would do to him if the spell would not work on him.
''Immobulus!'' he yelled his wand still aimed at the poltergeist. Then he glanced at Evelyn to see if she was okay. She seemed to be all right. Good good.
