Peeves decided it would be best to be VISIBLE for this part, as he SWOOPED through the air towards the desk where the other deck of cards lay carelessly UNGUARDED as the professor picked his other cards off the floor. He snatched them up and flew towards the ceiling. "WHO WANTS TO PLAY 52 CARD PICK UP???" he cackled, dropping the cards one by one and people's heads before tossing the remaining cards up to the air and watching them fall down. Like little snowflakes. Hehehehe.

Alice looked up from writing in her notebook at the exact moment so that the card intended to hit her in the head, ended up poking her in the eye.

"Ow!" she said, rubbing her eye which was now watering profusely. "Evil Peeves!"

Alice bent down and picked up the cards that were around where she was sitting. She got up and headed towards Professor Reynolds. "Here you go Professor Reynolds. That ghost truly is rude!"
