Jayce needed to focus on something other than the evil!Scary!Witch!Statue down the hall. Anything would be better than that.. so.. Maybe he should focus more on Callie? Yes? I think so. He attempted with all of his might to tune out all of the sounds around them. It sorta worked.. Hmm.. "Should i be taking notes?" he grinned at her. "Hmm.. Do you have a favorite movie? Or a favorite place you like to go?" What was he doing? It's not like he was doing a report on her, so.. what's with all of the weird questions?
Callie was scared. She was closer to the statue than Jayce so the statue could get her at any time. The fourth year got up and moved to the other side of Jayce before sitting down again. This floor was all dirty, they should really have maids around here. Not that Callie had a maid at home, unless James was counted as a maid. Not a very good one at that. She looked back at Jayce smiling slightly.

She was stuck on some corridor, with a boy she barely knew trapped by some evil witch statue could things get any worse ? Oh wait. Yes she could be trapped on a corridor, not knowing where she was with a UGLY boy trapped by some ugly witch. Yeah that'd be like much worse. Not things down ? If he wanted to.
