Gotta quick question for ya'll. Simple and something I should know, but in all honestly I don't know the answer, soooo...

Is the Diagon Alley chat only for shopkeepers and moderators or can anyone who rps in Diagon Alley use it to discuss scenes and the like (like the school chat)?
