Swallowing the last bite of his current piece and putting a forkful of potatoes in his mouth, Ty finally noticed that he was no so starving any more. Actually, he thought as he swallowed the delicious potatoes, he wasn't really THAT hungry, not like he was before.

Vashti grinned again and then set to work eating her chicken. After about the third or fourth piece, she decided to pick the meat off her last piece and put it on a slice of bread from a loaf available in the middle of the table. After folding the single piece over like a sandwich, she finished it off in just a few big bites and then realized how thirsty she was. She picked up a pitcher of pumpkin juice and filled up an empty cup in front of her, then drank three quarters of it in one biiiig, looong gulp. Ahhhhh, THAT hit the spot.

Feeling fuller than when she entered the Great Hall, Vashti decided to pause and let herself relax and let her body digest all the food already in her body - before eating some more. "Third year," she answered, laughing slightly at the use of her new nickname. It sounded SO cool, seriously. "What about you?"
