Why not the Ministry?, Liz wondered, but decided not to ask. Questions like that could be personal, so they were better left alone.
One of the questions she had popped out of her mouth, "Did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire?" It was a delicate situation for Liz. She was scared about it. She didn't want anybody to die, but she also worried about her best friend, Pam. She was very sensitive to death. Liz remembered how Pam almost completely broke down when they went to see the Goblet of Fire. Liz was about voice her fright, but held herself back. Keltan surely didn't want to know all her troubles.
Kel bit his lip for a second while Kaitlyn was quiet. He tried to think of a question to ask her, but his tiredness was gaining up on him, and he really couldn't think very good. So, when she asked another question herself, he was actually grateful, even though he didn't have much of an answer.
"I did," he replied, nodding.
"I figured it was a once-in-a-lifetime chance, and since I'm eighteen, I should take it. Whether I got chosen or not, I could still say I entered the Triwizard Tournament." Yep; that had been his main reason for entering.
