Noel silently sighed a breathe of relief when the boy seemed to be dragged away from an even younger girl. They did not need an even bigger scene at the moment in the middle of this Great Hall, especially with their Headmistress standing right there.

Seeing that she was motioning them to come even closer, his neutral expression did not waver when he glanced at the small distance there actually was, letting his straight posture slouch just the tiniest bit so he could at least look like he was moving closer to pay attention.
