Part Three
Jamie

Alicia must have been asleep for at least five hours when I heard footsteps outside on the gravel paths. The loud echoing bang that followed jolted Alicia awake.

“Wha-” She said, as she jumped to her feet, her hands held out in front of her. “Jamie?”

“Still here...” She relaxed and closed her eyes.

“The others are here- Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Luna and the Aurors are fighting... Ginny’s trying to convince someone to come and find us” She said, frowning. “WHAT!” I jumped as her shout echoed round the tiny stone room. “Teddy, Victorie and Tasha are here! That’s who Ginny’s with!”

“Good- I want out of this room” I said. One thing filled my head- finding Malfoy.

“No. You’re not facing him alone. I’m going to be there” Alicia said at once, glaring at me. “TURN LEFT!” I jumped again. “Sorry- they’re lost... I’m going to shout again- TURN RIGHT! I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU CAME HERE! IT’S FAR TOO DANGEROUS! LEFT!” I grinned at her.

“SHUT UP, MUM! WE’RE SEVENTEEN FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!” We heard Tasha shout and I started laughing.

“DON’T TALK TO ME WITH THAT TONE OF VOICE! THIRD DOOR ON THE RIGHT” I heard footsteps before the door swung open and Tasha ran in, Teddy and Victorie right behind her.

“Glad to see us?” Teddy said as Alicia hugged him tightly.

“Sort of” She laughed and Victorie walked over to me.

“Here, Uncle Jamie” I looked down at her open hand and saw my wand.

“Thanks, Victorie” I said, reaching for it but Alicia grabbed my arm.

“GET DOWN! NOW!” The five of us ducked as a blue jet of light soared towards us. It hit the wall, which cracked. I looked up as Alicia waved a hand. The door slammed shut but a second later it flew off its hinges and Malfoy ran into the room. I didn’t think. I pulled Victorie out the way and stepped forwards.

“UNCLE JAMIE- NO!” Victorie shouted as I braced myself for the fight. I heard a scrambling behind me and then Alicia stood next to me, her hands on her hips. “AUNT ALICIA!” We ignored Victorie’s shouts and continued to stare at Malfoy.

“You picked the wrong fight, Draco” Alicia said calmly, a slight smile on her face.

“I’ll kill you” Malfoy said, his voice shaking with rage. His eyes fell on something behind me- the three teenagers.
“The orphaned werewolf cub” Alicia reacted quicker than me, sending a curse at Malfoy while casting a shield charm behind her. I could hear Teddy fighting to get free of Tasha’s grip.

“Watch what you say about my family” I hissed, ducking under something.

“Just keep an eye on your Mudblood wife!” Malfoy yelled, blocking another jinx from Alicia.

“EXPELLIAMUS!” I turned as Tasha’s shout sounded behind me. Malfoy’s wand flew from his hand.

“WAND!” Alicia yelled, her hand outstretched as it flew towards her. She threw it up in the air.

“BOMBARDA!” Victorie’s spell hit the wand and it exploded into a million of pieces. I turned to stare at the three teenagers so I didn’t see Malfoy’s hand plunge into his pocket.
