He took a seat on the grass, far enough away from the tree that no flying limbs would come thwacking his way. He got enough beatings from Hogwarts girls and he didn't need anymore. He plucked at a few of the blades of grass and tossed them aside.
Rhea normally saved her visits to the whomping willow for when she's upset or sad or something, because it always made her feel better when she tossed rocks at it and it thwacked them back, but today she really just wanted to sit and watch the tree thwack birds instead. She was in such a good mood, it was crazy. But she loved it because it had been so long since she was. She got close enough to the tree and stopped, there was a familiar head of ruffled brown hair. She would know that head anywhere.
"
AIDEN!!!!" She threw herself on the sitting boy, tumbling them both over, then she squished him in a hug just because. When she had enough squishing of le bestie she let go and sat up, then attempted to brush grass from both their hairs.
