Pulling back, she turned to look at JD, "Your knee is sprained, rather swollen." She performed a series of intricate wand movements about and around his knee, until the swelling had visibly receded, "It will take a few days for full recovery." She explained, "But until then, no running about, and no fighting."

She paused for a moment, and added, "Walking is fine, obviously you can't just sit around, but take it easy. If you aggravate the wound, it won't heal properly."
