Callie shuffled across the floor eyeing her shoes as they made a squeaky sound. She made a 'shh' signal with her finger to her shoes with her free hand before looking up to Jayce and smiling. He seemed nice. She let out a small sigh. This was so intense. She watched the witch and bit her lip. Ookay she didn't wanna stand here anymore. "Can we go sit over there ?" she said letting go off Jayce with one hand and pointing down the hallway a bit further.

She looked back at him as he asked if she was alright. No she was perfectly not alright but yeah he might get worried if she said that so she opened her mouth and said "Yeah im fine."

Callie nodded not really listening to what Jayce was saying or doing another smile formed on her face as he clung onto her aswell, this was nice. Sorta ish. Okay no she wasn't standing here any longer that witch was really scarying her. She let go of Jayce and took hold of his hand pulling him down the corridor she whispered. "C'mooooooon." Then they could go and talk and she could be noooormal. Yesh.

"Nice to know. Now can we pleaseee go down thereeee." she said pulling on his arm some more.

Jayce wasn't sure what to do now. They should get out of here. But.. but what if it followed them? Shudder. He'd attack it with his wand. MWAHAHA. He remembered one good spell when faced with an obstacle of some sort. Bombarda. His new favorite spell. Smiiiiirk. If he remembered correctly, it would make things.. EXPLODE. Awesomeness.

SQUEAK.

He jumped. Almost out of his shoes.. until he realized it was Callie's shoes that had squeaked. He chuckcled at himself for being so stupid. He thought it was cute when she shushed her shoes. D'aww. He returned her smiled before taking her hand again. "Of course we can." he whispered. Pssshhh. Hopefully the statue couldn't hear him. Then it wouldn't know where to find them. Oh yeah. He was thinking ahead.

Jayce nodded when she told him she was alright. The Gryffindor began to tiptoe down the hallway, still gripping the younger girls hand. He wasn't letting her go just yet. He stopped for a moment to look back at the statue, making sure it wasn't following them. It wasn't.

But then she was pulling him down the hallway some more and he obediantly followed her, glad to get away from that.. that thing. "I'm coming, i'm coming." he grinned, following her some more. He threw one more glare down at the evil witch statue thing before turning his full attention on Callie. Yeap. She had fuuuuuull attention now.

He smiled brightly at her. "Of course we can. C'mon let's go." he said, going down the hall some more. "Shall we stop here then?" he asked, now that they were almost out of sight of the statue of EVIIIIL.
