Jermaine couldn't take it anymore. The poor lion boy he had met at the opening feast was not doing so well with Monique and Brielle. Someone needed to help that boy since it looked like that girl dragging his friends away wasn't going to help him.

Walking up to him he put his arm around the boys shoulder. "I would stay away from zose two if I was you. Zey like to eat zeir prey." he said with a laugh.

"Are zere not enough older boys here to keep you entertained? You now have to amuse yourself with ze little lion cubs." he said to Monique as he tried to appear annoyed with her. Normally Jermaine would find this behavior of hers rather amusing himself but for some odd reason he had started to like this young boy. The boy seemed uncomfortable around beautiful ladies. Maybe Jermaine would have to educate him on the art of how to act in the presence of someone as beautiful as Monique... and Brielle, without embarrassing himself.

"Come wiz me, zere are many zings I must teach you." he said as he lead the boy away from the girls... before he could embarrass himself anymore.

"Attention!" Tate approached the Goblet, stepping easily over the Age Line. He was over 17 for reals. "The time has come for the Goblet to share all of it's secrets with us."

He picked up the cup and held it over his head, as if wielding a sword. "Eyes on me, and we'll begin." Tate set the cup back on the dais, watching as the flame burst high, sparkling dark flames. One by one, slips of paper flew from the Goblet of Fire, and Tate caught each in turn and read it out loud.
