Too bad Professor Headmaster Tate had made the bubbles hit his chalkboard instead of having them fly overhead. No, actually it was probably a good thing he had made them hit the chalkboard. She didn't know if she'd be able to resist jumping up from her seat and popping all of them. It would end badly, since she would be a big ole' red mess.
Flicking her wrist, she held on to her wand just about to say the incantation to make, hehe,
blue bubbles appear..

Holding her arms over her face, because really, dye on her face would be so not cool
especially with the Beauxbaton guy in the classroom, she waited until she thought all the bubbles had popped before looking at her robes.
Evelyn was soooo lucky this dye stuff would come off.
"Pingo Blue" she said, pointing her wand at Evelyn.
