Walnut looked like she was in heaven sittinng on Josiah's lab being petting. Kurumi glared at the cat, she certainly had a mind of her own. "Josiah...that's an interesting name," Kurumi said taking a few more steps forward. She kept expecting her cat to go running off again.
Kurumi felt a little embarassed at the girl's slightly shocked expression when Kurumi said she didn't know about Slytherin's reputation. But, perhaps that was a good thing because it meant she could give everyone a clean slate. "I had one girl give me a bad look, but the others I have met have not been too bad," she was reminded of Katie for a moment. She was herr friend, but man that girl could be a little more than over dramatic. "I'll be sure to let you know about the cookies," she laughed tightening her pony-tail. "If you have a favorite cookie flavor be sure to let me know. I can make a batch and leave it in the common room for people...or in the girls' dormitory for just us." She winked.
"In a good way or bad way?" Josiah asked with a smile. "D'you want your cat back?" Kurumi almost seemed as if she was about to tackle the cat (and him) in a moment. He decided taking preemptive measures would probably be the wisest choice in this situation.
