Bit more: She's beginning to be shapely this year - something she is very pleased about! She loves to learn, will devour almost any book, and is fiercely loyal to her friends. Her mother, Jane is a professional opera singer, and has been teaching Emmy to sing for as long as she can remember. Her father, Michael is a banker, and used to help her with her mathematics, but he was diagnosed with cancer last term - it's terminal, but Emmy doesn't know yet. She believes he'll be better by Christmas.
She is a romantic, and is currently deeply in love with fifth year Gryffindor Ling Chang (Rockywizardia), but something's gone wrong between them. She has been rather confused of late, because she is also in love with fourth year Ravenclaw Mark Smith (Bookworm)!
