Brushing off the fact the Gryffindor was indeed also waiting to see the Professor, for reasons she wasn't sure she wanted to know, Katie offered the other girl in Slytherin robes a polite smile as a way of greeting before moving past Legend to reach the open door as well. Since he had already knocked, she simply waited.
Before the Professor had come to the door he heard the usually annoying voice of Katie Mae. "Well....I go to this school like everyone else? And I thought it would be nice to visit a professor before classes start?" DUH. Why else would he be here. Sometimes the Mae could be so stupid. But he wasn't about to say that now. Quote:

Walking over to one of the conjured chairs he sat down with a grin on his face.
