Other information:
Grew up in a bilingual home, though my parents had only just begun to learn English when I was born. Because of this I have heavily accented English, and Gaelic is much easier for me. My favorite pastime was taking care of our farm animals and singing traditional Gaelic tunes. When the letter arrived, we were just stunned. None of our family had ever even imagined that magic of this sort was real. Our ailing máthair chrionna (oops, sorry!) great grandmother came to stay with us weeks later, and recognized the letter. She told us what and where to buy and go, and went with us to see me off on the train. Now she helps Mother around the house with her spells, glad she can finally do as she pleases without fear of being seen.

Pets: one silky grey cat I got from the Magical Menagerie, named Freya.
