Travis smiled apologetic, "Sorry Amber, I just can't help myself sometimes," he said with a small shrug of his shoulders, "but I promise that I will not make you blush anymore for the rest of the week."
Amber sighed, feeling her cheeks get a little hotter.
"See?! I know you're not trying to Travis, you just make me blush so easily. It's like you were born to embarrass me." She grinned.
"Thank you. I will be holding you to that promise all week." She felt something soft rub against her legs. She looked down. It was Brant's cat, Jinx.
"Hey Jinx! Where's Brant, hmm?" She picked the cat up and placed it on her lap, stroking it's head and scratching behind it's ears as it purred loudly.
