Mia had run through the common room and headed straight for the dormitories and burst through the door. She stood there taking in the room with the nice comfy beds and she let out a squeal of excitement.

Beds!

Actual beds!

Not a cot covered with duck feathers to make it soft. And no manky blankets either.

It took Mia about thirty seconds to take it all in before she took a running dive at one of the beds near the window and landed on her tummy while giggling. She then stood up and began to jump on the bed.

Up!

Down!

Up!

Down!

Going higher and higher with each bounce until...

BAM!

She had gone too high and hit her head on the canopy overhead.

Ooops.

Too high.

Mia flopped back onto the bed and giggled again. She LOVED this bed!
