"I'm so excited for this Triwizard tornament thing! It seems like it's gonna be alot of fun!! I'm glad i don't really have to enter though. It doesn't seem very safe to me."
Ty nodded with a wonky grin as he swallowed a large mouthful of mashed potatoes. Yes - procrastinating (Uncle James had taught him that) was good, but not when doing homework. Especially if you're a Ravenclaw.
Finally swallowing, Ty beamed. "It's going to be GREAT. And I reckon that I would have entered if I'd have been 17 this year. . . We just don't know enough stuff yet," he said, cocking his head to the side as he sagely spoke. It was true though - Ty didn't know half the magic the Champions would probably need.

Liz. She decided that is fit her well. "Are you a first year?" she asked. Then the questions came flooding, but Liz decided to wait with them. She didn't want to scare him. Well, not at first at least. "Never been called Liz? Excellent - it can be your Hogwarts name!" Ty laughed and took a sip of his juice. He liked these two firsties - Liz, he assumed, was a firstie too - a lot. They were so cute!
Ahem. WHAT? He wasn't THAT short anymore. Hmphf. "No, I'm a third year," he said, trying not to sound too offended. After all, it wasn't really Liz's fault - she didn't know how, er, sensitive he was to this subject.
She'd need to catch on quickly though.
