Eli sauntered up to the dais, munching a roll he'd nicked from the Gryffindor table. (He loved Hogwarts' rolls, they were all yeasty and buttery.) The twelve year old had shot up a full inch and a half by actual measure, and was growing lanky and awkward in that way pre-teen boys do. His hair, however, was just as vibrant a royal purple as ever.
