Actually no, Dumbledore does tell Snape that when Voldemort used the killing curse it rebounded and a piece of Voldemort lives in Harry. He just doesn't tell him that it's a Horcrux... It's on page 686 in DH, if you want to take a look. So, I'm still going by the books in a way
