First turning to the black-haired woman to his right he grinned at her once again - even though, he HAD noticed she was not - and took her offered hand to give it a soft shake. "Nice to meet you, Kimber. Librarian, really? That's great." And it was...because, library obviously meant lots of books. But, he couldn't dwell on that any further because he didn't want the other woman to think he was ignoring her.
It seemed as though dealing with the Potion's Mistress had brought Kimber to life a little. She returned Professor Zookara's smile as he shook her hand and nodded gently. She hadn't expected anyone to be so impressed with her new title but it was certainly a pleasant surprise.
"I'm glad you think so," she said.
"Great literature does leave its impression on us. I hope the children will appreciate our collection as much as I have." Quote:

At first, Kimber didn't lower her eyes an inch. Then she saw the snarky look on the professor's face and knew they'd reached an understanding.
'So, she was getting smart. AWESOME!' she thought, returning the look.
'This chick was going to be fun.' "Wonderful then. I'll see you soon," she said, raising an eyebrow. And as an afterthought,
"And please... call me Kimber."
