She had gone all summer barefoot in the woods, in fields, in brooks, streams, and rivers. her soles were toughened but not ripped to shread. they were no longer dainty girlish feet anymnore. Also, now that she had gone through her name change ceremony to, in the gypsy world, be known as vadoma, she had changed from girl to woman. Atleast as is said by her families traditions.

She looked around the great hall for keeley but at the moment didnt see her, they had spent the summer together and learned together. Her best friend was keeley. But rex was also her best friend.
