So it seemed she had her out from the awkwardness. "Well, you're welcome. It was my pleasure," she said with a smile. It was. She liked talking to people who were nice to her. And she shrugged slightly as he continued to speak of them seeing each other around, even though she continued to smile. "Sure. I'm usually around, and if you're rooming in the tower with us, you might see me there too." It was always possible. With the tournament and everything, she imagined she wouldn't be quite as apt to hang out in the trees and such. Although she was definitely checking to see if the treehouse was still around, once it was morning again. That was the best tree to climb on the grounds.
And as he wandered off, she sent another smile over to Noel, then walked back down to her seat. Time to occupy herself again. Waiting for food, or more people to talk to. She didn't quite know what.
Aw, c'est magnifique! Another student who will be in Raveclaw and had to climb to this highest tower that they were supposedly be living in. Perhaps he should've asked if there were any shortcuts to get to the tower? Surely, not everytime he would be lucky enough to walk with lovely company.
"Zen I will see you later, mademoiselle Kelly." he smiled, watching her wander off probably to her previous seat.

He walked over to the Ravenclaw table. It was semi-full by now but what Daniel found strange was that there was a big group of people in the middle of the table. Was someone that popular? He walked closer to find out.
There were two kids in the middle. They looked foreign. The girl was Russian or Bulgarian and the boy looked French. Then it stuck him. These kids were from the other schools! Beuxabuns and Dumstrang or something. Everyone was crowding around trying to make friends with them incase they were the champians. He didn't recognise anyone in the group but Salandar. He gave him a little smile. He still needed to get his fireworks from the boy. But first introductions!
"Hi" he began with a little smile to both of them "Your from those other schools aren't you?" he asked simply. That was a good opening to a conversation wasn't it? Meh. Daniel wasn't good at this sort of thing.
Other schools?
"Salut." he smiled back, taking a quick glance to Aleksandra before moving his attention back to the young boy. That was quite a question he had. Quite an...obvious question.
"Oui, I am. And...you are from zis school?"
Might as well ask right? Noel knew the young boy wasn't from Beauxbatons or Durmstrang, so perhaps he was just messing with the young kid. A great possibility.
