Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris mentioned that Vince had stolen his carbs, amused by the mock disbelieving expression on her husband's features. "Well, maybe it's a good thing. I wouldn't want you getting fat," Vianna replied playfully before chuckling softly once more, amused.
Vince looked quite pleased as Julia allowed him to have one roll, watching with nearly sparkling blue eyes as she set the appetizer on his plate. However, he didn't really have much of a chance to admire this or even get started on it as, just a moment later, their young waiter arrived and he was setting the plates with everyone's food on the table, causing the Vincenzis - who were all rather hungry - to beam brightly, all obviously quite pleased to finally receive the food they had ordered. On Fervi's side of the table were two large plates filled with pasta carbonara, which consisted of spaghetti covered in a garlic-parmesan cream sauce, green peas, and bits of smoked bacon. The only difference between the two plates was that Ferris's had chicken in it as well.
Julince's plates were different from Fervi's; Julia's own medium-sized plate was filled with pasta marinara, which was just your traditional spaghetti covered in red tomato sauce; whereas Vince had ordered a couple different plates, one with chicken cannelloni and the other with his favourite linguine frutti di mare, which was a slightly more seafood-ish dish.
