Victor and Vianna seemed to have lost their amusement as they watched their brother grow honestly upset with the girl at his side. Vianna felt a little guilty for having found amusement in this earlier, whereas Victor didn't look amused, but he certainly seemed pleased. Maybe this would open up his brother's eyes and they'd get Julia out of the Vincenzi social circle once and for all.
Vince seemed not to notice his siblings' change in expressions, though. His mind wasn't really on them, and - ironically enough - he was actually starting to feel a little guilty himself. Julia was quiet, she wasn't snapping back at him, and it was something that rather startled him. Perhaps he'd been too harsh, it wasn't nice to try and make her feel guilty about things... And just as he was about to turn back to her, he felt the too familiar feel of her smaller hand wrapping around his own under the table, her presence coming closer to him on the seat. This, too, completely startled him who wasn't really used to this sort of behaviour either. He was a little more used to Julia storming off and giving him the silent treatment until he apologized or something, but at the same time it was nice to see that the girl could be considerate enough to understand when he'd had enough.
Vince returned his blue eyes to the girl at his side then, a bit of disbelief on his features though it was soon replaced by a small smile that showed how with just these gestures from her part, he'd so easily been able to wash off any anger or annoyance he might have felt earlier.
But, this was still Vince.
And he saw in Julia's guilty expression the perfect opportunity to get back to his main interest - bread rolls. Perhaps now that she was feeling bad, she would let him get away with eating a couple more. "You're looking pretty full there, Ferris Wheel, I think I'll be taking these," said the young man with a bit of a greedy grin as he took the basket of bread rolls with his free hand and brought it back to his side of the table.
Vianna, who was no longer feeling guilty after witnessing this, rolled her eyes, though there was the slightest hint of amusement returning to her expression and she looked a bit wary as well. Julince seemed to have made-up. And usually, what followed Julince making up, was a snogging session. She hoped the disturbing couple would be considerate enough to put that off until after lunch, though, as she certainly had no desire to witness anyone snogging anyone else's face off while she had food to be eaten.
