"Right. It sounds like the best thing to do." Norah added and found a book that looked more interesting than the muggle studies one...another book on herbology, though it wasn't on the book list. "Hogwarts students take their O.W.L. exams at the end of fifth year right?" Oh goodness...lots more work to be done. If Norah had stayed at Beauxbatons, she would have had to sit for her exams in sixth year. "I would have had to take mine next year..." Norah added, deep in thought. Perhaps she would have to start narrowing down as well...such a scary thought. "Technically we don't have to take a muggle studies class at Hogwarts either," Simon replied to inform her alternating his attention between the shelf and those around him. "Its an elective like arithmacy and ancient runes," he added, himself having only taken it for the one year before realising being a half-blood he already knew a far share from his family and its history.
He nodded at her question, confirming the time of the O.W.L.'s. "Yep...end of this year. So for most classes we'll probably have a half a year instruction and the rest spent reviewing," the boy mused finding a recommended defense book he had been looking for. Hearing her mention of taking them next year, he couldn't help tilting his head as he looked over at Norah. "Maybe it would be easier...less years to cover in one shot," he commented with a shrug.
