I still just find Nighy as Scrimgeour a very curious thing. I mean, obviously they already cut the character out of the HBP, it makes me wonder if they invented additional scenes for him in DH. Because Nighy is a pretty sizable name, and they're going to use an actor of that caliber just for the scene where he presents Dumbledore's will bequests to the trio?
