ANOTHER piece of wood? Why was there so much wood in here? He carefully picked up the two broken halves of the stick. They were held together by... a feather of some kind. He could tell because of the shape and texture of it.

How the heck did he know that? Wow... that was weird. He inspected the stick more closely. There seemed to be a handle at one end, where someone would hold it probably. But what was this used for? He looked all around for his pocket knife, but to no avail. Maybe that piece of wood could fix this piece of wood!
