Thats Xenophilius's house, the caption said 'attacked by Death Eaters' and the house is circular.

Also I'm pretty sure I saw him wear that clothing in one of the trailers, while chasing something and shooting spells(in a forest). So either they added a fight scene in the Lovegood's home, or he wears the same exact sweater/shirt in the Snatcher scene.
