"You don't have to apologise for my interaction with another girl." Eben said with a small chuckle. Oh Merlin, she better not be one of those people that says sorry at every instance. He would go utterly insane.
"I don't think she was one of the friendly sort." the boy said, content with the amount of chocolate frogs he had which was about fifty or so, and began to step towards the counter so that they could both pay for their purchases.
'Goodness...' Norah thought and watched on as the boy called, Eben, started to take quite a lot of chocolate frogs.
"I hope you aren't eating them all yourself." She sounded concerned,
'He could get a really bad stomach ache.' "I don't think you're a beast or anything." She said in her quiet voice, hoping that she hadn't said something to offend him.
Norah didn't respond, instead, she gave a slight nod of her head and let her eyes wander towards the ground again.
Oh! He started to move on without her. Norah considered staying near the back display for a moment, but seeing as how she only entered the shop to get something for her baby sister, she decided to follow Eben to the front counter as well to pay for her intended purchase. A single lollipop.
